透明填充劑TC02可以廣泛用于PVC PE等塑料中，能改善塑料的滑爽性，透明性、降低產(chǎn)品的成本。

l         高透明性，在PVC塑膠袋中填充30%時，仍能保持高透明性。

l         硬度適中，不會磨損加工機械，同時提供足夠的補強能力。

l         細度小，具有2微米的粒徑，保證塑膠產(chǎn)品的光滑度，手感性能好。

l         含有穩(wěn)定的結(jié)晶水，提高塑膠產(chǎn)品耐火、阻燃性，同時提高產(chǎn)品的耐老化性能。

TC-02 as a raw material can widely be applied for clear plastic such as PVC PE etc. It can change the plastic more soft & slippy, keep high transparent, and lower the cost.

The main features:

High transparent, when 20-30% TC02 applied in PVC formula, the film is still clear.

Suitable hardness, 2-3Moth hardness can prevent the machine from abrasion, at the same time can provide high fill ability.

Low particle size, the average particle size is 2 micron.

With stably chemical water, it’s ok for manufacture process, when higher than 200℃ it releases free water, so it has the function of retard fire.
